Can this system track the entry/exit of school bus transport students entering the school premises?

Yes, the system can be customised to track both school bus transport students and ‘own transport’ students so that the school can get a consolidated information of all students entering and exiting the school premises. Our system can also handle staff entry/exit also.

Can the parent be informed as and when their child enters or exits the school premises?

Yes definitely. Parent can be sent notification through the Lokate Student app thus enabling them to know that their children has entered or exited the school premises.

In the case of a school bus student's early exit from the school, can the system inform the bus assistant that the student has left for home early?

Yes, when this student exits the school premises, an exit scan ensures that the exit time is logged. When the bus assistant logs in into his/her student scanning device, he/she is able to view that this particular student has left the school premises early and the bus does not have to wait for the child. This enables the bus to not be delayed.

How is a student's entry and exit marked at the entry and exit of the school premises?

A student’s entry and exit is marked by scanning their NFC compatible ID card or wristband. In the case a student forgets his/her card, manual attendance by searching their name or ID number can also be done.

What kind of reports can be generated for the Attendance system?

Multiple reports can be generated which includes details of the student, location/gate of entry/exit and even the name of the person who scanned the student in.
